1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you (the person using our website or portal) and Kseniia Vasileva, trading as Kseniia Brow Art, whose principal place of business is in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Kseniia Brow Art.

By using kseniia.co.uk or signing in to portal.kseniia.co.uk you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use these services.

2. What we provide

  • kseniia.co.uk is our public website with information about our services, portfolio, and booking links.
  • portal.kseniia.co.uk is our client portal for existing clients to see their appointment history, messages, uploaded photos, and treatment notes with us.

Bookings themselves are handled by our scheduling system (Acuity Scheduling); the portal mirrors that data for your convenience.

3. Your account (portal users)

  • You must provide accurate information when signing in and keep it up to date.
  • You're responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure.
  • Magic-link sign-ins are single-use and time-limited for your security.
  • Don't share your account with anyone else.

4. Bookings, cancellations, and payments

Bookings, cancellations, and payments are handled via Acuity Scheduling, subject to Kseniia Brow Art's in-studio booking terms. The portal displays your booking history but is not itself a booking system.

Rescheduling and cancellation windows, deposit policy, and refund rules are set out in our booking confirmations. Please refer to those for the specifics of any individual appointment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access another person's account or data.
  • Disrupt or probe our website's or portal's security, performance, or integrity.
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
  • Upload content you don't have the right to share.

6. Content you upload

If you upload photos or information (for example, an intake-form answer), you keep ownership of that content. You grant us the right to store and display it to you and to our practitioner as part of providing you with our services.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep our website and portal available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take them offline briefly for maintenance or updates. If we plan a significant window, we'll try to announce it in advance.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and your rights under UK GDPR. It forms part of these terms.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can't be excluded by law — notably, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of our website or portal.

These terms cover the website and the portal. Our treatment services are subject to separate in-studio consent and aftercare agreements.

10. Ending your access

You can stop using the portal at any time. Email support@kseniia.co.uk if you want your account removed.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or if we have to withdraw the website or portal generally.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll update the date above and notify you before the change takes effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
